Week 6, Day 3

Diet
7:45 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
10:15 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese
12:15 p.m. Southwest Chicken Wrap
6:30 p.m. Ham & Cheese Lean Pocket
8:30 p.m. 5 cookies

Water - 4 bottles

Exercise
Planned - Upper body with weights. Actual - None. I ended up taking Grace to the doctor in the afternoon, so I brought work home with me and stayed up until midnight working on it.

Comments
Today will be a challenge. I have a lunch meeting with an underwriter today and he chose to meet at this little pizza joint across the street. I know they have pasta too, but I think the only salads are little side salads. I may just eat 1 piece of pizza and hope it doesn't go straight to my thighs.

Also, I didn't get the grocery shopping done this weekend and didn't even get my meal plans and list done until yesterday evening. I'm picking up Grace today and we'll either head straight to the grocery store or home to feed her first, depending on her last bottle at daycare. It may be a little tough to get in the weight lifting, but I'll definately give it a shot. Can't miss The Amazing Race though.
