Thursday, Week 4, Day 4

Sorry I didn't get this done yesterday. Bad day.

Diet
7:45 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
11:00 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
11:30 a.m. Cashew Chicken, Egg Roll, Pink Lemonade
4:45 p.m. Protein Shake & Apple
8:00 p.m. Ham & 1 slice American cheese on Wheat Bread w/Lite mayo
8:30 p.m. Drumstick Ice Cream Cone

Water - 4 bottles

Comments
I had a very stressful day at work. I should have turned down the lunch offer, but I was feeling really overwhelmed and needed to get out of the office, so I went with co-workers rather than staying in and eating the lunch I brought. I didn't do too bad though. I didn't get a coke. The cashew chicken was not nearly as good as the Chinese place by my house, so I kind of picked at it. I ate all the veggies and cashews, some chicken and hardly any rice (since I wasn't a fan of the sauce).

I worked until 6:30 p.m. at which time I had to go to Eric's office to pick up Grace. He went to get her at 6 and then took her back to his work since he needed to stay late too. I got there about 7 and had to finish feeding her before coming home. Once I got home I just got a sandwich and Grace fell asleep at 8:00. We sat on the couch and I watched a little TV and then got up to give her a bath and bottle at 9:00 p.m. She went to bed at 10 and I was exhausted, so I followed at about 10:30.

Not a good day for the diet, but I don't really regret it. I should have skipped the icecream, but I wanted some comfort food. I'm so, so tired.
