Week 3, Day 2

Diet
7:35 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
11:10 a.m. Detour Bar
12:30 p.m. Salad from Broadstreet with Southwest Chicken Breast, Veggies, & FF Honey Mustard Dressing
3:30 p.m. Protein Shake & Apple
7:00 p.m. Round Steak & Egg Noodles (no veggies)
10:00 p.m. FF Cottage Cheese & Low-fat Popcorn

Water - 4 bottles

Exercise
3 sets of 15 crunches and oblique crunches on the ball.

Comments
I feel much better today. I have to take Grace to the doctor this morning, so I only have a half day of work. I should still be able to eat ok though.

Weigh-in yesterday was 162.5, so another 1/2 pound. Not great, but if you look at my week, what did I expect. I weighed this morning after a day of sickness and not eating and it was 160.0. I'm going to keep my Sunday official weigh in and hope that those other 2 pounds will stay off this week and make my numbers next week, really look good. Although, I'll be out of town all weekend, so I'll have a Monday weigh-in next week.

Perfect day with the exception of forgetting to cook veggies at dinner and I wanted to get in one more bottle of water.
