10:35 a.m. Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
12:20 p.m. Ham, Cheese, & Light Mayo on Wheat Bread, Carrots
3:30 p.m. Protein Shake & Apple
6:00 p.m. Chicken Strips w/fajita seasoning, tortilla, cheese, sour cream & hot sauce, carrots
9:00 p.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
Water - 4 bottles

None.

Work isn't so hard if I can resist the temptation to go out to lunch. I must also make sure to have that snack in the morning. Still hoping to get some exercise in tonight.
At least I ate good. I spent the evening catching up my blog, making tomorrows food and doing the laundry and then I had to watch the Amazing Race finale starting at 9:00 p.m. Maybe tomorrow I'll exercise.
