11:00 a.m. - Cottage Cheese & Oatmeal
1:15 p.m. - Ham & FF Cheese on Wheat Bread w/ Light Mayo, Baby Carrots
4:00 P.m. - Protein Shake & Apple
6:15 p.m. - Chicken breast, Rice, Salad w/FF Italian
9:00 p.m. - 1/2 cup FF Cottage Cheese, 1/2 bag lowfat popcorn
Water - 5 bottles

Pilates Ab Workout Video at 11:15 a.m.
This is a tough video, I got a bit sweaty during the 20 minutes. Grace behaved well in her bouncy seat, just watching me. The key is to do it early in the day.
Comments
I feel pretty good today. I've planned my meals, so I'm eating when I can and am hungry. Just trying to choose "good" foods instead of whatever's convenient.
I'm so proud of myself, one whole day with no cheating!
