Food
Meal 1 - 9:45 a.m. Turkey Bacon, FF American & Tomato on Wheat English Muffin
Meal 2 - 1:00 p.m. Subway - Roasted Chicken Breast, Lettuce, Tomato, & Southwest sauce on a wrap
Meal 3- 4:30 p.m. Protein Shake & Apple
Meal 4- 6:45 p.m. Chicken Breast, Egg Noodles, and Green Beans
Meal 5- 9:30 p.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
Meal 6-
Water - 12 cups

Exercise
None.

Thoughts
I'm so happy that I stayed on track today. This officially makes it a "perfect" week.
