7:45 a.m. 2 packets oatmeal (I'm out of protein shakes)
10:35 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
11:45 a.m. Round Steak, Egg Noodles, Peas
3:00 p.m. String Cheese & 1/2 bag popcorn
6:00 p.m. Kit Kat (can I blame my period?)
7:30 p.m. 2 Slices Pizza (Supreme Thin Crust) & 3 Breadsticks
Water - 4 bottles
