12:30 p.m. (Lunch out w/Underwriter) - White Bean & Ham Soup, Salad, Beef Enchilada, Stuffed Green Pepper w/Spanish Rice, Apple Pie
3:30 p.m Protein Shake & Apple
8:00 p.m. Wendy's Spicey Chicken Sandwich, Fries, & Coke
Water - 4 bottles

I took my lunch, but forgot I had a lunch meeting. We went to a place with a buffet and not many choices. The chicken dish was smothered in stuff too. I should have skipped the pie, but the underwriter got it and kept going on about how good it was, so I caved.
Ugh.
