Week 3, Day 3

Diet
7:45 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
10:35 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
12:30 p.m. Round Steak, Egg Noodles, Carrots
3:15 p.m. Protein Shake & Popcorn
7:00 p.m. Chicken Tenders, Rice, Green Beans
10:00 p.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt

Water - 4 1/2 bottles

Exercise
Planned - Pilates lower body DVD. Done!

Let's go for another perfect day. Weight was still at 160.0 this morning, gotta keep that in mind this week (and weekend).

Another good day! I was tempted at lunch because I had to go buy my niece a birthday gift at the mall, but I resisted eating lunch out and came back and ate my lunch from home. I even had to walk past a Chinese place.

Great job yesterday! Keep up the good work today! Definitely keep that "current weight" in mind every time you eat anything. This motivating competition is always in the back of mind now! That's a good thing though! Yay!
