Week 4, Day 2

Totally just lost my post. I'll update later, but I have to get started on my house cleaning now.

Diet
9:45 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
12:30 p.m. Cashew Chicken
3:30 p.m. Apple
7:00 p.m. Turkey Cutlet, Egg Noodles, Peas
10:00 p.m. FF Cottage Cheese & Low-Fat Popcorn

Water - 5 1/2 bottles

Exercise
Cleaned entire house. Still planning on doing abs on the ball after Grace goes to bed. Yeah! It's 11:00 p.m., but I did my abs with the ball.

Today's weigh in 159.5! Yeah!

If my first post would have saved you would have known that I actually planned on Chinese for lunch. Just a craving and I had lost weight, so I felt ok about it. Afterwards, it wasn't as great as I hoped. Now I think I can be good the rest of this week until Saturday when Eric and I are going out to dinner for my birthday.

My goals for this week include no Coke and some type of exercise every day. I made room in the basement for the treadmill, so I'm hoping they call this week and we can buy it and get it here soon. I even brought down a seat/plaything for Grace, so she can sit down here when I exercise.

Good job on no coke but focus on portions this week and balances. If you eat carbs say a bun on a sandwich, no fries. No fries ever, but you get what I'm saying. I'm very proud of you for no cokes and good job on the weight loss!

Now as your punishment for eating McD's, let's see some more pics of Grace. ;)

I agree w/ D. I'm sure it was hard traveling and eating out all weekend! Way to go on no cokes! That had to be rough! How was Grace the whole time?
