Diet
7:45 a.m. Protein Shake & 1 packet Low-sugar Apples & Cinnamon Oatmeal
10:30 a.m. ½ cup FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
12:00 p.m. Chicken Tenders, Rice, & Green Beans
3:00 p.m. Protein Shake & Apple
7:00 p.m. Steak-K-Bobs, Bow-tie pasta, mushrooms & onions
10:00 p.m. ½ cup FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
Water – 5 bottles
Exercise
Planned - Upper body with weights and abs on ball. Actual. None, I didn't get finished with all the packing/travel preparations until 11:30 p.m.

Really wanted to get Starbucks this morning, but the girls talked me out of it. Must stay strong.
Also, have been thinking about the weekend. Here are my weekend goals, since I won't be able to just have 1 free day:
1. No coke...period.
2. If eating out, order a chicken dish.
3. No dessert, except 1 small piece of cake (no icing) and possibly some ice cream at Ashton's party on Sunday.
4. No real opportunity to exercise, but do 25 sit-ups on Friday and Saturday night (no excuses, there).
5. Remember I'm weighing in on Monday.
At least I managed to eat perfectly. Must be sure to do sit-ups while traveling.
