Week 4, Day 7

Diet
9:45 a.m. Oatmeal
12:30 p.m. Wendy's Crispy Chicken Sandwich
8:30 p.m. Outback - Cheese Fries, 1 slice bread, Salad w/ranch, Sirloin, Baked Potato

Exercise
None, but we did purchase weights, a weight bench and treadmill!

Comments
This morning my weight was still the same as last week. I'm hoping today doesn't ruin that. Tonight will be a bad dinner because Eric and I have a sitter and will be going out by ourselves for the first time! I haven't decided where we are eating yet. I'm thinking either Outback or El Vaquero's. I think we're going to go back to the sporting goods store and check on the treadmill situation too. I just want to get the equipment in here soon!
