3:00 p.m. Protein Shake & Popcorn
7:30 p.m. 2 Breadsticks w/Garlic Butter, 2 Slices Pizza
Water - 4 bottles

Bad dinner, but Friday night just felt like pizza night. Didn't exercise either was just so tired when I got home from work. Seriously, it would be easier to motivate myself to exercise if I could get 7 or 8 hours of uninterrupted sleep at night. I shouldn't use that as an excuse though. I just didn't do it.
