Week 4, Day 5

Diet
7:50 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
8:30 a.m. Grande Non-Fat Hot Chocolate (Starbucks)
11:00 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
12:30 p.m. Turkey Cutlets, Egg Noodles, Peas
3:30 p.m. Protein Shake & Apple
6:45 p.m. Round Steak, Egg Noodles, Carrots

Water- 3 1/2 bottle

Exercise
Upper body with 3 lb weights. Yeah!

Comments
So tired today. Last night I had baby duty and we were up from 2:30 a.m. to 3:45 a.m. and then back up at 6. I'm hoping I'll feel better when I get to work because I'd like to try to do some exercise today.

I went to Starbucks this morning. I actually caught myself starting to nod off in the car, so I had to get some sort of pick-me-up.

I'm not looking forward to weighing in this week. I'm doing so bad at this. I'm almost embarassed that my friends are keeping me accountable. I wish I was the superstar diet and exerciser that I was 18 months ago. I guess alots changed since then. I need to not give up and just keep plugging away. Even 1 pound a week will eventually get me some where. If I don't take off some poundage soon I'm going to have to buy more clothes. I only have 3 pair of work pants that fit!

Wish I would have got more water in, but at least I exercised!

We like keeping you accountable!!! You don't have to be a superstar, but you need support. You're doing better than if you weren't trying and you are getting in some exercise. You are making concious choices too, or you wouldn't feel bad about the occasional crap.

Don't be too hard on yourself. You are eating good 90% of the time and exercising about 3 times a week or so. You'll get there! Even a little each week. At least it's something! Always better than nothing!
