Week 5, Day 3

Diet
7:45 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
12:00 p.m. Spinnakers - Southwestern Wrap - Grilled Chicken, Mexican Rice, Peppers, Onions & Cheese on a wrap, just a few french fries
8:30 p.m. 1/2 small container of Ben & Jerry's Chocolate Chip Cookie dough ice cream

Exercise
Planned Lower Body Pilates or Upper Body with weights (if I get bench put together). Completed upper body with weights. Had about 30 minute break 1/2 way through as I answered a phone call with a friend, but I go back and finish the workout.

Comments
Bench is almost together. I stayed up this morning after Grace's feeding and worked on it. I still need to tighten the bench/seat portion and we'll be ready to go.

One note on exercise, the treadmill people called and are delivering Wednesday afternoon. Yeah!

Please no comment on the food. Lunch wasn't too bad, probably way too many carbs, but I did skip my morning snack and then just got too busy to get the afternoon one in. Dinner on the other hand... Here's how my evening went.

Do you use the George Foreman for chicken? It's like 8 minutes and I've never burnt a piece yet. Happy Birthday by the way! ;)

I am really bad at chicken. How do you get it done in 8 minutes on the GF? It usually takes mine about 20 minutes to be sure it is really completely cooked.
