Diet
7:45 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
10:30 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
12:00 p.m. Garden Salad w/Chicken & FF Raspberry Dressing
4:15 p.m. Protein Shake & Apple
7:15 p.m. Round Steak, Egg Noodles, Peas
10:00 p.m. String Cheese & Apple

Water - 4 bottles

Exercise
Abs on the Ball

Comments
Need to drink more water. Must get in 3 bottles at work. Grace was well behaved during exercise time today.
