6:30 p.m. Left over steak and cheese fries from Outback

Did the weigh in this morning 160.0. Gained a 1/2 pound, but looking back I cheated a little almost every day.
Goals for this week:
1. No Coke! (I did good on this one last week except at Outback, but it was my birthday dinner.
2. Perfect eating at least until Saturday (Mom will be in town)
3. Some form of exercise everyday.
By the way, the goals are screwed up today, but starting Monday...
