Week 6, Day 2

Diet
8:00 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
10:30 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
12:00 p.m. Broad St. Salad w/Chicken
7:00 p.m. Beef shish-k-bobs with green peppers, onions, and mushrooms, Egg noodles
9:30 p.m. FF Cottage Cheese & Low-fat popcorn

Water - 4 bottles

Exercise
Planned - 20 minutes on treadmill, abs on ball. Done 20 minutes BFL cardio on treadmill. One set of crunches and obliques on the ball.

I'm still alive. Sorry for the gap, things just seemed to get really crazy. To give you a brief update, I've completely blown off the diet since Thursday last week. Today starts a new week, however. Well, technically, it's day 2, but anyway, I'm going to attempt to do this right this week. No plans this weekend to trip me up.

I did weigh in yesterday, and held steady at 160.0. Trust me, if I'd recorded what I ate, you'd be surprised. So anyway, I now have 6 weeks until GWO and I'd still like to lose 15 pounds. That's just over 2 a week. I have the equipment, I know how to eat, now I just need the willpower.

May try to split up the exercise time on cardio/ab days. After the treadmill I'm tire and skimp on abs. Maybe do abs in the morning and cardio in the evening. Or cardio early evening and abs after Grace is in bed.

Sounds like neither of our weekends was great. At least you held steady weight wise. We all need to get back on the right track this week. We can do it. Just have to give each other support. How is the treadmill working out so far or should I even ask? Keep motivated. I know you can drop 15 pounds by GWO if you stick to it!
