Diet
8:00 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
10:30 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
12:00 p.m. Salad from Broad St w/chicken, flatbread
4:30 p.m. Protein Shake & Apple
6:45 p.m. Chicken Strips, FF Cheese, dab of taco sauce and sour cream on wheat tortilla
Water - 4 bottles
Exercise
Planned Treadmill (Yeah!) & Abs on ball. Did 20 minutes on treadmill (9:00 p.m.) no ball. Hopefully can do both if start earlier in evening.
Comments
Good eating so far today. I tried the treadmill, but after only 90 seconds Grace starting fussing. I'm planning on having Eric keep an eye on her when he gets home and I can have my 20-30 minutes to work out. Hopefully, he'll cooperate.
