Meal 3- 2:45 p.m. Protein Shake & Orange
Meal 4- 7:15 p.m. Chinese Pepper Steak & Brown Rice
Meal 5- 10:00 p.m. Apple

Exercise
Plan to do lower body and abs after work.
Did lower body and abs after work. Was a really good workout. Will probably need to up weights on leg curls next week.
Thoughts
Was happy to see my weight back down this morning. Feel pretty good about this week.
