12:00 p.m. Salad w/Chicken from Broad Street
4:45 p.m. Apple
7:30 p.m. Steak & Sheak - Pepperjack Melt, shared plate of cheese fries, Coke
Water - 2 bottles
Exercise
Planned - Lower Body Pilates DVD
Actual - None.
Comments
Planning on eating the lunch I brought yesterday. Already have turkey cutlets thawed in frig for dinner. DVD is just 20 minutes, so shouldn't have problems with Grace behaving. I want to do better today. I got cocky with my early in the week weight loss (157.5), but today the scale said 159. No more fast food until Saturday!
I'm not sure why my friends even let me join me in this "competition." I really suck. Not sure what went wrong last night. I paid for the Steak & Shake in other ways though. Plus I had a migraine, so exercise didn't sound like fun.

Come on you can do it! Stick to your plan and take it day by day (but plan it out the day before). You aren't out of the game yet, none of us are! I'm sure going about this pretty slowly, too. I have a good week eating and bad week working out or vice versa. Just need to get them going in the same week. hee hee
We'll watch you closely and make sure you don't cheat til the weekend. That's only 2 days of eating great. Actually, better make it 3 so you don't mess up the weigh in on Sunday. ;)
