Diet
7:45 a.m. Protein Shake & Wheat Bagel w/Cream Cheese
10:00 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese & FF Yogurt
12:00 p.m. Round Steak, Egg Noodles, Peas
2:45 p.m. Protein Shake & Popcorn
6:45 p.m. Wheat Tortilla, Southwest Chicken Strips, FF Cheddar cheese, dab of hot sauce and sour cream
Water - 3 bottle
Exercise
Planned - Upper body with weights. Completed! Yeah!
Comments
Took a peek at the scale this morning and it said 157.5. Not sure if that's right, but yahoo! I'm going to try to be really good this week I'd like those numbers to stick!
Still need to do better on water.
Must have willpower tomorrow. A co-worker told me this afternoon that they are going to get Chinese for lunch tomorrow. I need to prepare myself to say no.
