7:30 p.m. Wendy's Chicken Strips with Chipotle Sauce, Fries, & Coke

Planned - Cardio and Abs. Completed None.
Comments
Worked until 6:45 p.m. That screwed up dinner and exercise. No excuses for lunch. Must do better on water!
