Diet
7:45 a.m. Protein Shake & Apple
10:15 a.m. FF Cottage Cheese
12:00 p.m. Pork Fried Rice, Eggroll & Pink Lemonade
7:30 p.m. Wendy's Chicken Strips with Chipotle Sauce, Fries, & Coke

Water - 1 bottle

Exercise
Planned - Cardio and Abs. Completed None.

Comments
Worked until 6:45 p.m. That screwed up dinner and exercise. No excuses for lunch. Must do better on water!
