Week 8, Day 2 (Monday)

Diet
7:40 a.m. Protein Shake & Oatmeal
12:15 p.m. Turkey Cutlet, Egg Noodles, Carrots
7:00 p.m. 2 Ham & Cheese Lean Pockets

Water - 3 bottles

Exercise
Planned - Cardio & Abs
Actual - None

Comments
Today may be tough for exercise. I have an appointment to get Grace's picture taken at 6:30 p.m. That will through off my evening schedule a bit. Plus Supernanny is on tonight, so I won't want to do anything after Grace is in bed. I'll do my best.

I'm also going to start wearing a pedometer this week, so I'll record my daily steps too.

Forgot about the pedometer. Didn't get to exercise. Super busy day again at work, I forgot to eat my snacks. Didn't make the planned dinner, but ate Lean pockets instead of fast food, so I consider that a win. Also, wanted a snack around 10:00 (Hershey's Bar?), but decided to wait until morning. Yeah! Still need to do better on water intake.
